First time I flashed phone by firmware version 4.23. And long agonized: why patching button is not active. Founded until an article about what version 4.23 is not supported for patching. And I flashed this phone by firmware 4.22. and became an active button patching (service-> imei & security-> IMEI changes-> change imei), and I chose the first method:

why edited dct4 imei on logs.
i can NOT see and check your OTP is good or not.

- reset data1
- full erase by get address, untick safe erase.
- full flash
- repeat imei rebuild...blablabla..
