6120c rm-310 failed aborting after flash, help!!please

6120c rm-310 failed aborting after flash, help!!please.
hello,sir.
a 6120c came to some hours ago.it works fine.but wanted to be upgrade.

I forgot the version before flashing.it seems to be 6.01 or 6.51,I'm not sure.

and I flash the version rm-310_7.02.1,and it became a dead phone."failed!aborting!"

the nightmare begins with here.
I tried to downgrade to 6.51,no luck.
get adress,erase the whole flash with mxkey v3.4_rev1.0 .and flash rm-310 eno file.no luck.

I flash this phone with v7.02.1 again and again. still no luck.

failed! aborting!

what else can I do? please help!!

hello guys this is MXKEY section, all potato software are not allowed to post there,

by the way..
i have incounter this problem, may sulotion is fullflash the firmware
you need download the ini file to blue nokia site
after download,install the ini files

then open potato software,then click use ini,then flash.....your problem is solve...

this phone can't be flash by USB.when it connect to computer,it says unknown usb device.
what else can I do?

step flashing via usb
open potato software
click bb5 tab
click manual flash
select mcu,ppm,cnt
click USB mode
click dead USB under the manual flash
then connect the usb to phone w/fully charged battery
then click flash
then there is request press power
you press power switch

it's not work.
the computer says the phone is a unkown usb device.
it means can't flash.

I changed computer.no luck
use UFS box,JAF BOX,no luck.
what device you finally use it to solve this problem?
