Try repair simlock then repair SD.

try and try again it will work but after sometime the server is busy today i faced same problem but done when i tried again

Bro It Is So Simple Do Repair Simlock And Then Repair SD After Write Pm With SX4 Support It Will Be Solve Ur Problem...
