brother i have also faced that problem and i did complete usb flashing and i changed 3 times battery because the battery was low and sometimes it gives error becouse of battery
use lateast verion firmware
if not so then use fbus cable

Ok just use Nokia orignle cable and fully charge battery using latest
pheonix firmwere if not ok then try to jaf on dead usb
