PLZ PROVIDE ME WHTS THE PROBLEM & HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS

1stly i m flashed the by USB SET FLASH COMPLETE BUT ONLY SHOW NOKIA LOGO

AGIN I FLASH IT THE SET SHOW THIS ERROR

PLZ HELP ME

AdL device not sync need fbus flashing.

Flash with fbus cable.. usb will not work on this phone..
