i got phone is this condition. simlock data currepted and imei 123456 etc

plz can i repair this with MX key. as i tried all option which was there..

if any other idea is there plz share with me..

and one more thing if i need RPL how can i get and where can i get..

buy new rpl form nokia service center

ask to rpl server is closed
