6630 phone startup failed contact the retailer - GSM-Forum

i have a 6630 with the above problem and need the way to repair it pls?

Phone Type: RM-1 (Nokia 6630)
SW Version: V 04wk47_m_v14.2 27-09-06 RM-1 (c) Nokia.
Imei plain: 12345610654321-?
Product Code: 0529311
Language Pack:
- not available.

Imei plain is invalid !!!
SIMLOCK_DATA corrupted!
SIMLOCK_DATA corrupted!

and if possible a rpl file without npc for this model also?

You have no backup?.............u need new rpl for this ...............

But all server is down

whether you are backing up his imey?
if there had imey restore it, then input new sx4 pm

I got the phone in contact retailer! if i do rpl backup i get a good imei but not same from the backsticker and when iu try to write the rpl backup back to phone it says rpl data from backup and the phone not same and doesnt flash it back! can i flash a blank rpl file and then try to flash the backup? anybody have the blank rpl for this phone? without npc?
