6680 Contact Retailer - GSM-Forum

I tried with following
1. flashing the phone
2. Sx4 and PM write
3. SD repair
4. Also try with unlocking
Log showing that All certificates are valid (BB5 storage validation and certificate validation all passed)

What to do now . Is it a HW problem.?

just full flash and mark cnt file 128k back convert

post your own logs:
buscheck logs and self test logs.

hmm..
phone gave back to the customer. Sorry i had no time to post log and self test but i know that for sure there's no problem showing in self test or logs. ( I think i can understand logs and self-tests as my 5 years working experience

)
it seems to be a HW damage ..
