6700 dead after downgrade any help

My client bring me 6700 dead it blink only blue after downgrading with hwk from (v10.50 to 7.90) he bought this mobile from our shop new one mounth ago
now cannot flash is there any soulotion or advice how can repairing

hi,
look here in the forum for phoenix 2009,download it and install it on your pc.
the flash your 6700 with usb with higher version ,dont forget to tick DEAD USB
follow instruction on phoenix and all will be ok.

note if ur fone is downgraded then simlock data must b damaged
and may b RPL too
