6700c dead after NUS attempt

[FU_Too]

Customer has 6700c and was having battery problems as well as phone freeze and assumed it was software issue so tried Nokia update service and now has dead phone. Phone is not seen on FBus and tried Flashing but get error.

Is this hardware issue or soft and if soft how do I flash it?.

on fbus using Jaf is i press "SCAN" i get this log
"Phone not responding !"

if i press "BUS CHECK" i get :

I didnt understand the post you put link for but I tried to flash again and this time it did more but still error and still dead fone.

tried setting to usb (as well as other options) but doesnt make any difference
