Is there any way to save this phone..its brand new

This is SL3 phone(Simlock2 format).

SIMLOCK_TEST failed!
SECURITY_TEST passed

this case is so many time discussed.
all sl3 with corrupted security, the only solution is by original rpl.

no backup?
