6730 rsa public key not available. (answered)

We are running version 1.7 and that hash cannot be saved because it comes with

RSA public key not available

Any way to fix this.

yes when i sselect the sha file it say appname not found.

also the sl3 is etup correctly i have extract in the correct folder.

also under settings there is no way to selct ocl 5 or 6 or 8. nothing is shown under settings
