Mate do according this procedure:

1_ Take backup of your RPL only NPC not All section

2_Reset all from Certificate tab but before you must had taken NPC backup

3_Write your NPC backup and the simlock rpl which is already calculated from server and saved in > C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\backup

4_Scan phone and see if still SL was damaged repair it

5_ Repair SD and write modified PM after PM Auth

Your problem will be solved

Mate it is obviously clear that 7210C is SL2 not SL3 whenever you Scan a BB5 phone with MX-key if it is Sl3 you will a warning that it is SL3 dont downgrade or Erase it.
