I don't think you must be having Backup RPL,

Lucky if present, then Restore IMEI will work for,

Next is to Buy Factory RPL.

delet all flsh and send the phone to nokia center....( to warranty) .....
i think that for the moment mobilex is not compatible to repair this....

But no other Tools too compatible to Repair this.
