7210s and simlock data currupted...who can help me ? - GSM-Forum

hello ,today i get a mobile which is sow only nokia.then i scan it with mxkey it sow infomation as below,i try to make repair simlock but it's sow erro like this(Updating SIMLOCK...error 0x14) now someone please help me what to do?

Try with Make SIMLOCK RPL.

i do recover certificat but it's give this error :

[InternalErrorFault] CERT [0581686] data not found in database (case id=0xCE02)

i do as sow there but when i go to step (6):> Tick PA_SL2
> Choose Repair SIMLOCK
> Tick make SIMLOCK RPL
> Click Repair SPLock

i again get this erro:
