Can i repair ithis phone with damage imei?

I hav only

BB5_35864501535324_PM.rpl backup.....

whei i pres writ rpl i see

hi,
looks like your backup is doesn't contain npc. you will need to buy rpl.
please upload your backup here, to ensure.

Please help me and tale me what to do next time for this not to happens again. This is second phone that MX-KEy kills. The other one was Nokia 6500c

you make backup improperly.. this is bad.

@schimitar and others:
don't blame on mxkey, it's just a tool.
watch your every LOGS when you are working. all is written very clear there.
