Hi, one 1209 RH- 105, comes in restart condition imei is 1234??????.
I use MX logger after writing rpl successfully , can't unlock ,
the imei on the phone back poster is "35799203079669" and the rpl which has been given by MX key is"00099003079669"

it is same when i read"00099003079669.ask"- so i use FUFENU with imei"35799203079669"- rpl written successfull but can't unlock, after many trail with other nokia tool- did'nt help me, so i reset data1( npc) and full erase the phone with mx key and reflash and restoring rpl next by next did'nt help me( cant init Simlock).
with jaf can't unlock and with HWK Init Simlock Failed.
Is this a uem problem or something like other??

i encounter that problem also but i made it click spinfo first to show the mcc or operator even it block then try again to update sp......
