can conect my mxkey hti box shows as serial 00000000?

what the problem could be?

because you didn't update your HTI box FW.
Do update HTI.

Probably your HTI have hardware problem.
Contact your reseller and ask for warranty in this case.

Thanks for your help, Luckily for me there was no hardware problem, I've re-instoled my HTI on other PC exactly as you said and miracle all works fine.
Great tool and excellent support very happy with it as many other users I'm sure.
