Error details:
Bad contact, TX line remains low !
VCC_PH BSI TX RX RX2 CLK

ERROR: bootstrap failed!

After Updating HTI i can face this error Please MX-Team Solve my Problem.

It is nothing to do with update.
Looks like attached phone did not powered at all. Check cable, check connection.
