after update HTI, SimCard is dead :) HELP! ## (ANSWERED)


Hello



This error apear after update to 3.5 rev 1.4 and HTI Update.
What can i do ??

When I put the card to another SIM card reader, the reader does not detect the card!
I never take out the SIM card from MXBOX so do not hurt her mechanically.
Update damaged my SIM card. Now the hardware is useless and I do not know what can I do?
Any chance for a free replacement SIM card to new one?

Please HELP ME Manole

br go to device manager and reinstall card drivers

When SimCard is inserted to HTI i got this message:

Fully Remove Mxkey setup 7 drive 7 reinstall it.
or
Change Card.
I think problem will solve.

If you think fault on Hti then give back it to you reseller.

sorry, when i said "buy new HTI" i mean new SimCard. :-)

...is there chance to replace this card for new one without pay for it ? It's not my fault. I Only update product and then card is dead.

mxbox was reinstalled many times. It was installed on fresh system, nothing change

Hi,
for sure your windows smartcard sub system are messed up.

try on other computer just to test. if you find all is OK, your option is re install new windows.

I Try card on new installation of Windows, on other PC, on other smartcard reader, Nothing :-(

So i must buy new HTI interface with smartcard...
My old smartcard is useless, i can't buy smartcard without box :-)

...not good.

man, I wrote that I tried everything. The SIM card is damaged. I have to buy a new set. UFS I have nine years or longer and nothing bad happens. This is not normal that the device in this way breaks :-( A few years ago I bought into this and perhaps vacuuming HWK BOX and it'll stay with him.

Since you affirmed you bought MXBOX full, I am sure you still have warranty for it.

We give full warranty 6 months. Contact your reseller and ask for replace.

I am curious to see your box. Once it is replaced by your reseller, in the end box will arrive to my office.
Please write a sticker on this box with your nickname in forum.
