Another box, /NEW/ but still cant boot phone. *ANSWERED - GSM-Forum

Got another box but still cant boot any phone by itself. Transistor Bcp69 is not the problem. Why is it that bsi and negitive (-) only give me 3volt? When it should be giving 5volt! Positive (+) and negitive (-) give correct volt, 5volt. And why does positive (+) and bsi givin me 1volt, when it should not be giving any volt?
If i manually put phone phone in local mode, box will read phone. But box cannot boot phone by itself. Who can explain?

- make sure you are using mobileex 3.5rev1.6 / HTI FW 00.50
- make sure you are using a super quality of mini usb cable, plugged directly to PC witout any hub
- make sure your FBUS cable is good.

- I am using latest version with lastest hti version.
- I am using original motorola v3 mini usb cable which come with v3 phone in package.
- I am not using any hub, cable plug direct to pc. - Fbus cable is 100%.
What else can u say?
