backup your phone contact's.........here is the log of 1650 was security code....and customer won't to loss his phone contact's...but MXKEY has done it.........Reading VCARD items in binary ...Phonebook backup saved to "C:\Documents and Settings\Mashriq\Desktop\354197036821912_VCARD.bac k"FULL FACTORY... OKUSER DATA... OKLEAVE FACTORY... OKSERVICE CENTER... OKSOFTWARE UPGRADE... OKPRODUCTION TUNING... OKReset User Code (to default:12345) ... OKCompleted in 5.781 sRestoring VCARD ...OK.goto phone settings and select phonebook and then click backup...and then do full fectory and restore the backup again your security code is opened without losing phone contact's....Enjoyyyywith best wishes...

i don't know why when i start new threat my all writing is coming mix...??

the only software can back up phone memory contact great dongle is mx key...

but if u only do full factory defoult then u solved ur user code problam.no need to backup contact

if the phone contact are importan't for the customer, then we can take backup of phone contact...

and write it after ui settings....
