u go to google serch or download ( PKey_Drivers )
or install ur problem is solve

blinking led indicates HTI FW problem. please update HTI.

try to update first your HTI box.

- do not plug hti to pc
- install 3.5rev1.7
- open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle detection
- press update HTI, plug HTI to usb immediately.
- proceed with driver installation after update FW is done.
