Bro. In this case the only option, make a deal with Fast Unlocking here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/member.php?u=94675 & send Ask file for RPL.

Bro. Simlock is a part of RPL, doesn't matter IMEI is OK or not & yours is corrupted needs to be replace with new one.

Damaged SL3 simlock, damaged any BB5 IMEI:
BB5 > Service > Imei & Security
presss Restore IMEI if you have any backup.

and if no backup, corrupted backup, incomplete backup, etc:
contact Fast Unlocking
make deal and send to him your .ask file.
