can somebody help. how to backup phone with asic 11 like 1202, 1661, 5030 and soon?

i wan't backup rpl, always error it's said bad data or something like that and no rpl backup. phone is ok just can't sms

- post logs and screen shots
- post phone model and phone status before you used mxkey
- also remember to post what version of mxkey software you used and what interface.
