Beware of Naman Agarwal (Elcotak)

Dear all

Beware of Naman Agarwal (Elcotak) Delhi

I purchased a MXKey from Him on 18/1/2011 from his shop

he told me that it is fully activated

but when i checked it i found that it is missing sl3 credit

i called him , he told me to sms my serial and it will take 3 days for correction

i waited for 3 days but nothing done i called him again

this time he told me that he dosn't have any knowledge about the matter and asked me to call at his shop

anyways i made a call to his shop Elcotak where i was told to email my serial

i have again mailed my serial to them and after many reminder i have received no reply from them

so today i called naman again this time he told me to send the mxkey to his shop i also requested him that its not possible for me to send the mxkey to him (can't he do something since so far i know serial is enough to solve because he sold me an unactivated mxkey)

the whole incident indicates that he is not a genuine businessman and have no concern about his customer

so think twice before dealing with him
