bro. try to change flash loader manually & untick as in image, sometimes it works when phone appears in local mode with on screen error message bootstrap failed from your posted image.

- check your RJ45 connector. If all good, return it back to reseller. You broke it for sure.

All box are tested and verified on our office before distributed.
we have very strict quality control.

No any posibility you will received a malfunctioned box in new condition.
