Bug in DCT4 Phone ( cant "Reset All" )
It happens in some sets, I too faced this problem in the new update.If you want to do full factory reset, tick the option After Flash Processing and then Reset Full Factory when you flash it. , Also in some DCT4, format file system sometimes failed too.
