bus check hang (ANSWERED)


i remove all mx (c driver pc)
i instull mobileEx_setup_v3.5_rev0.0_20110513__1
i do sign then updat hti with out any problem
but i conect a nokia(any fhone) and i click bus chek
mx software hang and stop
i have to disconect box and a few secend wait and i repeat proces but i have problem too

i updat hti via MxBox_HTI_FirmwareUpdater_v3.5_rev0.3
But there is still same problem

i conect 6300 via fbus
shows local mode on lcd
i click scan
see error:
reconect box and retest and there is error too

i use atf interface and i dont have any problem
so the software has not problem
maybe box (hti) has hardware error or hti update dont normal
plz help me

yes. i used motorolla orginal cable and it was solved
