Well, Sometimes the same thing happens to me and I just need to wait until the server come back...
The main cases its just a problem on the server...
I have a hint for you: try to change to a server that is next of your country...
When my server here happens it I do it..

i try with 3.3 rev1.7 i enter server support but when unlocking no way and with 3.4 rev 1.0 no way to nenter support or connection with server please answer mx team!!!!!

now the server just works on 3.4 version, you have to uninstall 3.3 version ..
you cant have 3.3 and 3.4 version in the same time...
after install 3.4 version you must register once again mx pkey....

post the results
