C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products


Hi iam new to mxkey i have loaded the software on but now iam stuck
when i open the nokia tool it says , Market items is empty, please select the correct products path !,
so i looked in the forum and it says set the configation to ,C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products ,
but i dont have these folders on my pc
so do i have to download this file

you need to install full phone backage version .

after that you see this folder.

Ok idownloaded the phoenix file and installed
but when i press nokia it still says this
ithink i have filled in the configuration correct
is this still normal

hi
i have the same problem.
i have not installed wintesla and phoenix but that happens to me since i have installed the last version, with the old one i have any problem.
i had that problem long time ago and now i don't remember how i solve it.
i believe to remember was a configuration problem with the interface.
if any can help, it will be wellcome.

ye i allsoo downloaded the file , mcus for dct4, as instructed
and put in products but still the same

ye i can see the folder but wot iam saying is
is it normal for this to come on screen everytime i press nokia

hi
i have found a solution.
write the same folder in the three parts and working.
you must select in the three parts: C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products
