C2.02 RM-693 Error to boot with USB. Help

Hello,
I need to convert RM-692 to RM-693 but I cant Boot with USB to make all backups that I need it.
Always get this error.
Can help me about this please ?

Bro.
Your Error is Unknown USB Protocol.

Friend you have selected RM-208 (E65) for RM-692 (C2-02), don't do this mistake from next time or have to pay for it.

If you want to Convert RM-692 to RM-693, you have to select RM-692 in Product & bring Market Drop Down or insert MCU File Image of the same.

Zuber, Thanks for your reply and sorry for my mistake
Now, I download the same version and product.
Can you give me a short step by step to convert RM-692 to RM-693 please ?
I make a hardware convertion but I need to know a sw convertion plz. (Never make convertion on a bb5)
I do not want to have problems with the contact service and with the camera on standby.

Hi Friend,
This Phone is Infineon Based XGold Phone & not BB5, so don't Play with it, is my personal opinion.

Then also want to Convert, follow carefully.
Backup RPL & PM, Download more than 1 Latest Firmware of RM-693 with same Language Pack of your previous Product.

Now select Firmware of RM-693 with Market Drop Down Menu & Click Buscheck, you will see selected Firmware Certificate Matched in your Logs, for that see below:

CMT PAPUBKEYS HASH: 3EA22A1DDA660002E56108DB5072A10F8709443F
TransmissionMode: DDR&TX2
Selected firmware certificate matched.

If same then it's Safe to Flash now.
Click Flash & your Phone Firmware will be change from RM-692 to RM-693.

Yes, now I have backup from PM and RPL ok. I connected without any problem.
Tell me please if I need also to write PM of RM-693 or not. I need to change bands to work in America. For this is I need to convert to this RM. This phones comes from Spain and have 900/1800 and I need to work in 850/1900. I forget to comment you, sorry...
If need to upload PM of RM-693 to change the operation bands...can you guide me how please ?
I read that I can have problems with the ¨contact service¨ and with the camera on standby and I will not have these problems.
