C5-03 downgrade problem mxkey edition - GSM-Forum

phone status now is working, but after 5mins restarting....

imei is i think intact but security test failed,i have rpl and full pm back up.

what is the solution for this problem using hti box..pls help..

customer is angry, its just change language to urdu...

post bus check logs here...then i will help u

First flash (USB) with 2nd last version it's ok if not and

U have simlock & rpl backup don't worry

use the FBUS cable Or UFC Cable and write

and If SD wrong so repair SD form PM section

ok....post self test logs..
>u may also try to reset npc, hwc, data first
>then erase full flash including pm area
>search the latest version flash file for 7 digit your product code & download the flash the phone

after that restore imei & write only rpl pm
then scan the phone & see whether "security test" FAILED shows.......then just repair sd...thats all

post results as it helps u.

first backup rpl

click sx4 and write server pm

or write a good pm
