Bro. Go to Service Tab> Quick Fix Tab> Tick BB5 SW Downgrade Fix> Click Do Selected Job will solve it.

If not solve then follow full Erase Method from here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f550...an-do-1443542/
Have you taken Full Backup ? it is must for above operation.

You have not taken Full Backup.
So only option is Bro. Go to Service Tab> Quick Fix Tab> Tick BB5 SW Downgrade Fix> Click Do Selected Job, after Quick Fix Flash it with Latest Firmware of your Phone Product will solve it.

what was the phone's status before flashing?
how do u know u have downgraded it? phone was alive before and u can check phone's version? then, why u downgrade it?

before i flash phone was working condition, just for update, but in 111.0610 only two varients & ovi vot working, so i downgrade to 111.0609, now phone nokia logo only & no local mode exist and i again flash to 111.0610, now get read info every thing is ok in read info, but phone nokia then light go, just keypad light working, how to solve this problem, plz help me mx team

Bro. Now it can be done Easily, from your above post it seems to be reading Info. Ok.

Go to Service Tab & Backup all Important data like Backup RPL, PM, Sim RPL. Due to Info. Ok now you can do this all Backup without Error.

Now Use Trick & Follow Erase from here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f550...an-do-1443542/ & after Erase, Flash with Lowest Version Firmware of your Phone Product only, after Restoring all Backups Phone will work OK.

Again Flash but with Latest Belle Version Firmware of your Phone Product only, let it be V111.030.0609 or 610 but with same Product.
