Yes you can. Just activate the CDMA Service tool (buy credit for CDMA).

Just use the USB cable.
When asking for driver, point it to c:\MobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\CDMA\* (select driver folder that fit your phone type [Hair/huawei/lg/quallcom/ZTE] ).

For firmware files, you can try to download from MXKey support site.
