can any one tell me , if i can repair this without new rpl

i have no backup

here logs

SUPERDONGLE_KEY seems to be valid
CMLA_KEY seems to be valid
WMDRM_PD seems to be valid
SIMLOCK_TEST passed
SECURITY_TEST failed!

Imei plain is invalid !!!
SIMLOCK_DATA corrupted!

npc data missing ... and you can't recover it without
rpl................

if you have rpl backup then just restore it ..
if not have rpl backup then you must buy new rpl

go to service tab >>imei & security >> imei rebuld >>write rpl

and a window open then select your backup rpl ......

no you can't repair it.without backup or new rpl.
some time i found npc data invalid phone
after full flash phone npc data come back again, but some time.

all bb5 phones: no rpl backup, solution is ONLY by buy nokia rpl.
