Can not update the box - GSM-Forum

this is brand new hti box with smart card i recived from gsmserver i can not update the firmware i alwas geting this massage Initializing HTI ...
and just stay there i am doning as says here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f550...evice-1267078/

any help or this box is not good?

same problem here, with damaged box and also with good box, using old exe and also new exe, still the same, weird

always getting this message INITIALIZING HTI.... and aplication status "Ready"

With good and healthy box:

tried with all server
is this becoz of driver problems or server is overload?

weird, with first release (without exe fix) all went well:
Initializing HTI ...
HTI initialized.
Boot version: 00.07
Serial: 000xxxxx
Receive firmware from server ...
SERVER->Served by MXKEY - BLADE Z at upd, agent version 1.1 revision 0.8
Updating HTI firmware, please WAIT ...
HTI firmware update OK.

Please try on another PC. If still have this errors, it could be an hardware problem on your box. Can ask your reseller for an warranty replacement.
