Cannot refill card - GSM-Forum

i can check my credit:

[CR1] DCT4PLUS remaining credit: 100
[CR2] BB5 remaining credit: 100
[CR3] SL3 remaining credit: 0

my counter remain is 49.46%

but when i try to refill my card, it shows:
Starting card counter reset ...
SERVER->Served by MXKEY - BLADE Z at host2, agent version 1.1 revision 0.3

APDU Error: 6700

it has been like this for 5 days... why i cannot refill my card? any clue please... thanks in advance...

hi,
is mxkey told you to fill the card? if it's not, so there is no need to do so.

what happened if it goes to 0%? buy a new one? lol

do refill card only if mobileEx told.
