Can't launch mobileEx - GSM-Forum

Hi ppl! Today I recieved MX-Key dongle. I downloaded software and installed it. I register it, then I pressed "Update Licences" and "Sign application". When I start the sofware, it always get the error "Could not verify application signature, please "Sign application" first!". I pressed that button 5 times, but nothing changes.
How to fix that problem? Need help...

Software installed mobileEx_setup_v3.3_rev1.6_20100213_.exe

brother sign application first click on sign application button
lunch application click error ok then click sign application button ur problem solve if u hane internet if u dont have then not possible

if you already use it then it just pop out like that??
check your computer date.. set it on time....

after click sing application button what u see on mx key main window any thing ?

It seems ok, but when I restart app same error appear

check system time and date and sing application again
when server verify ur application sign properly ur application restart automaticly and working fine

Hi Brother,
I have face same problem..............How it was solved?.... 1:-Please check frist where you have instaled mx key?
2:- If it is installed in C: direct in its own directory then there will be no problem. 3:- If it is installed in c: in any directory prog files or any where else then this problem will come.
Please check and give report.

2 GSM-STUDENT

Yes, program was installed to "Program files" folder and that was mistake. Now I reinstalled program with default settings and there is no problem anymore.
