Can't open the Nokia Service Tool!! - GSM-Forum

I have problem with my MX-key after updating to the new version. It connects ok, but after that i can't open Nokia Service Tool only. other services work ok. i install back the older vesion,but again the same!
anybody to help???

try to disable your anti virus also try with fresh windows

a couple of times reinstalling the new and old version and now works fine
