Can't register MX-key - GSM-Forum

Hi ! Pls help with my broblem. It's first start of program\card... In mobileEx 3.3 click register, software asks for login\mailbox, but then no result, it thinks about minute and the status is "ready", activation is "not activated", in upper block there is login status- Connecting server [ca.mxkey.biz] OK, secure logged in.

Internet connection works good, mailbox is real... what's wrong ?

mxkey registration procedure sccufully
user & pass received in email
but when connect to support cant acces & show message " card not registred"

but my messenger is last with ""fr""

your card already registered and activated.

so what your problem here ?
