if u use antivirus first remove that then try to run mxkey software

I m also having same prob
it is working fine in other pc but when i plug in my computer it say card nt found
need help plz

goto device manager and uninstall usb token drivers and then restart pc and install the drivers again all will be fine tested by me if have ust pro installed then uninstall it

You setup mobileEx 3.4 (rev1.6) >> it run ok
then setup mobileEx 3.4 (rev1.x)
