Can't select diferent MCUSW on MobileEx !!!! - GSM-Forum

I get this very important for my work, in lower versions i can select the product rm and the correct product code and i can change the MCUSW only by selecting it on the rigth of the product rm, but, now on 3.5 ver 1.5 i cant select that only empty, another stuff is when i do scan on the list of product code automaticaly select the firts code dont take the code from the phone for download the firmware. I dont know u guys followme on this but i realy like this options fixed.

If server select different product code files so it means server don't have such product files that you are asking.

I recommend you to use Fire Agent for downloading files. There are all product codes mentioned and you can select....

i encounter this in dct4 phones...i select high version flash file but it's say ( Can't select diferent MCUSW )...

so decide to select flashfile but this time in lowest version of flashfile..and it's done flashing ( nokia 2330c )
