I have brought a a new MxBox Orange HTI after connect box and run mobileEx 3.5 (rev2.5) it appears error

MxKey Team HTI PLUS Flasher Interface 0. The card is not responding to a reset.

problem is not solved yet for me i tried every solutions i reinstalled drivers setupfile changed cable smart card too but same problem remains what to do again it says "MxKey Team HTI PLUS Flasher Interface 4
The card is not responding to a reset." while opening. now i m using v3.5 rev2.5 any other solution plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Use Latest Mxkey v3.5 Rev2.6

Steps to follow:

- Add Mxkey Folder to Exception list of Antivirus
- Uninstall Mxkey & Delete Mxkey Folder manually
- Install Latest Version
- Sign Application
- Update HTI Box
- Synchronize File
