Hi,

First, goto: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/search.php search for 'MXKEY reset password'

and in fact, you have a "REPLACEMENT" dongle which mean dongle credit is NULL or zero, you can contact you reseller to buy credit for Dongle or standalone mxlogger credit (not using Dongle Id).

still confuse? go to 'gramedia' book store, get book like 'windows xp manual' or 'internet guide' or 'google search' etc.
this will generally improve your skill and help you to NOT confuse against similiar problem.

I originally purchased mxkey can rev2.0 new credit, keep the card is broken, replaced by resseler (because the warranty) but the change with the new and does not get credit
