dct 4 and bb5 what is right (ANSWERED)

Bro. No problem, all extracted product folder in Phoenix can be seen on all Generation Tabs, so as a technician we must know the particular Generation of Phone, anyway select right Generation of Phone for stability in work, for eg. NHM 7 (Nokia 8310) use DCT4.

You have to select DCT4 not BB5

bro/sir you donot understand how come this model get in bb5 tab im saying is there unit is not in the right tab why we choice the tab dct4/bb5 if there product name can be with the same tab together

what i mean is how about the new commerce or new user this things gives confusing and for new they got wrong action but anyway thanks for the reply

I understand what you trying to say & already clarified here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f550...6/#post8418562 , it doesn't matter user is new or old but he should know Phone's Generation when he is GSM field, when a technician one should know each operation in detail what to do & what not to. as some operation like SL3 unlocking needs SL3 Logger but we have use this option for DC4 XGOLD too. So for convenience in operation this is all about. I hope you must have been cleared about it.

if you r new user you can use UFS for understanding generation & phone model......its simple bro.......UFS show DCT4 phone model in DCT4 list & BB5 model in BB5 list but HTI show all phone model in model list & u have to select generation manually.......thats all nothing else.........
