DCT+ problem - GSM-Forum

Hey guys,
I just purchased the 100 credits for DCT+ activation, and been searching like mad to find out how to apply those credits to activate the application.
As it turns out, the reason I'm having such problems is due to the Options => Module Manager, the Nokia Unlocker (DCT+ Direct Unlocker) App is greyed out, and i cant get into it. Inside there is the activation link. The nokia service tool opens fine, just not the DCT+ app.

Am i being an idiot or am i missing something?

The dct+ application is in my modules manager, but will not run when i click on it, its says 'unsignable' beside it.
ive tried everything, i feel like im missing something here.
