DCT4 New UEM RPL Failed

we change the uem of this phone it is a new and working uem,but when we try to write OTP UEM rpl it always be Blanked,no programming of Blank new uem.

bro, calculate imei manualy, all the time when u have new UM, then write the rpl

be please to clarifie ?

when we fix new uem is it better to calcute rpl by manual method?
is mx key does not calculate flash imei for new rpl in online logger
post more details please.

chake the "calculate manual" after login in loger write manuly imei no withe key bord, slect Asic type 2,5,7, or 11 must slect correct asic type, then click requst rpl, after calculate write the rpl file manualy with write rpl option one " imei rebuit " tabe
NOTE- be cearful because new(empty) UM can program only one time

we did all tries..but nothing???
