Please supporters,

I need urgent help! I was doing a self test on this phone, when it finished and i tryed to turn on the phone again IT WAS DEAD!!

Please can somebody guide me on how to revive it? it is the first time this has happened to me and have no idea how to revive back.

Unfortunatelly for me the customer is a very nasty piece of work!!

Did you try The phone before? If yes: Did it works normally?

I think it's so strange it dead only by selftest

yes it was working correctely, may be i did something wrong,

There is nothing to do between 'self test' and make it dead. Maybe it's your bad day

?

At least, please try to flash it first. Next error post should include flashing logs.

i was thinking u have 2 flash ur ph with hwk or cyclone box or any other box,,mx key is very usefull box but some times it can't flash all the ph;so flash with onther box

Stupid answer bro. when he didn't flash it with Mxkey then why you recommending other boxes.

Hi again! and thank you all for traying to help.

the reality is that this has never happened to me and have no idea how to recover the b.... phone.
I have maxkey box,fenix key box and the extint jaff box.

PLEASE CAN ANY BODY TELL ME how to recover it. it is and RM 604, with what files do I have to flash the phone to recover it, and the steps to do it.

Of the tree boxes that I have which one is the best to do the job

Download any firmware by FiRe Agent

Use Nokia USB ROM as interface to flash in dead mode.

first thing is check bsiline if not ok try connet it cos 7230 can not work
without that.
