After update my mx-key to latest 3.4 rev 1.0, when I connect any Nokia handset and scan it shows the below error :

Interface was forcibly disconnected, would you like to reconnect?

Device IO error: Access is denied (code: 5)

Somebody here please post the solution.

Poor USB Cable / Loose Connected USB Cable was cause on my side.

May be it is true for you too.

if you cable ok.....change your usb port.....

it`s may be serial bus problem............

Yes this problem is only due to Cable. Request pls provide good quality cable bcoz i have try with original NOKIA / MOTOROLA / BlackBerry Cables but same problem

manole i change de cable but always error boot , update firmwaRE the same error, maybe next update , try in win xp3 win 7 vista nothing please help
